WHY THESE INGREDIENTS?
Have you ever noticed a change in your mood or how your body feels during the full moon? It's not in your head! The moon is energetically the strongest when it is full, and it tends to bring out our strongest emotions with it. Tension and anxiety can be high, and even though we may feel totally exhausted physically, it can be hard to get a good night's rest. I designed these bath salts to promote deep relaxation and a better night's sleep. They are wonderful to use in a bath anytime, but a full moon bath is a great way to take time to intentionally slow down, relax, connect with our body, and clear the mental clutter.
EPSOM SALT helps to relieve stress and anxiety, muscle pain, and inflammation. It also works to remove toxins from the body and replenish magnesium, which reduces skin inflammation and is essential for every system in the body.
HIMALAYAN PINK SALT exfoliates the skin, detoxifies the body, stimulates circulation, relieves aches and pains, reduces fatigue and stress, replenishes magnesium, and reduces irritation from eczema and psoriasis.
BAKING SODA cleanses and detoxifies the body to boost the immune system, and it helps to relieve symptoms of eczema and psoriasis.
SPIRULINA is rich in amino acids and antioxidants that will help to neutralize free radicals and decrease inflammation. It tones, hydrates, nourishes, and lightly detoxes the skin while encouraging cell renewal.
LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL supports sleep, decreases stress and anxiety, helps with focus and concentration, and supports emotional balance.
BERGAMOT ESSENTIAL OIL helps with insomnia, decreases stress, helps with joint issues and muscle cramps, helps to clear acne, oily skin, eczema and psoriasis, and supports emotional balance.
