Immune Supporting Fermented Garlic Honey

Both garlic and raw unfiltered honey are known to have medicinal properties and immune boosting benefits, so why not combine them to make the tastiest immune supporting concoction to add to your wellness toolbox! We love to keep fermented garlic honey on hand for a variety of uses. You can use it to make salad dressings, marinade or dipping sauce for meat, drizzle over veggies or a piece of crusty sourdough, or just eat a spoonful for immune support. My boys love to use it on pizza night as a dip for the crust! It is so easy to make and only requires two ingredients-raw unfiltered honey and raw garlic. Let's get started!
Immune Supporting Fermented Garlic Honey
Ingredients: -raw unfiltered honey (local is best)
-raw garlic
Directions:
-Peel and crush about 10-15 garlic cloves and put into a glass jar
-Pour honey into the jar to completely cover the garlic, and seal it loosely
-Store in a cool, dark place.
-After a couple of days tighten the lid and flip the jar upside down.
-After a couple more days, flip the jar back over and loosen the lid.
-Repeat these steps for about 14 days, then enjoy your immune boosting fermented garlic honey!
