INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Add orange juice and coconut sugar to a medium saucepan on the stove and mix well over medium heat.
Stir in cranberries and let simmer for 10 minutes. Cranberries will start to pop, and the sauce will thicken.
Remove from the heat and stir in cinnamon if using.
Transfer cranberry sauce to a glass bowl and let cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
Enjoy!
NOTES:
It is really yummy with apple cider if you don't like orange juice.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It will stay good for up to 2 weeks.
